What is the Insights-X Online?
Insights-X Online is a new digital platform for the stationery industry which will be available to all industry participants all year round from 14 October 2020. The Online Live Event will take place from 14-16 October 2020 to mark the launch of Insights-X Online: Personal appointments (via video conference) between industry and trade as well as live sessions from suppliers (presentations, workshops, interviews) and expert lectures on the topics of crisis management / trade, sustainability and digitalisation will be offered on these three days. How can I participate in Insights-X Online as an exhibitor / visitor?
Free registration for the Insights-X Online (14 October) and the Online Live Event (14-16 October 2020) is possible from 1 October 2020. You can find more information here.

I have heard that Insights-X has been cancelled. Are you offering an alternative?
Yes, with Insights-X Online - your stationery platform - we bring the industry together digitally in 2020. From 14 October 2020, numerous online services will support all industry participants in market orientation, searching for new products or making contacts. You can find more information here.
Why has Insights-X 2020 been cancelled?
The physical expo Insights-X 2020 has been cancelled due to the current situation surrounding Covid-19. Travel bans, social distancing and the economic situation of many participants make it difficult, if not impossible, to make plans at the present time. In our role as organiser, we have made this decision to protect the health of our exhibitors and visitors and to give everyone plenty of notice for future planning.
What will happen to the registration fee I’ve already paid following the cancellation of Insights-X?
The registration fee you have already paid will either be refunded to you or carried over to your next appearance in 2021. Please get in touch with your assigned contact.
Can my existing registration be transferred to Insights-X 2021?
We are delighted that you want to take part in Insights-X 2021! Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your registration for 2020 to next year. We will let you know by email, in our newsletter and here on our website as soon as the online registration for Insights-X 2021 is due to open.
When will the next stationary Insights-X take place?
The next Insights-X will take place in the first half of October 2021. The coronavirus has led to the cancellation of many events at the venue which will have repercussions well into next year. As a result, we are currently in negotiations with the venue operator to determine the best possible timing for the next event.
When can I register for Insights-X 2021?

When can I become accredited for Insights-X 2021?
Media representatives who registered for the fair in 2019 will receive a PressGuide with login details for their e-ticket press by email in July 2021.
