Assembly and dismantling: Assembly time
Mon, 12 Oct 2020, 7 am non-stop to Tue, 12 Oct 2020. From Tuesday 6 pm only decoration works on the stand possible, the aisles must remain empty.
Start of early assembly
Sunday, 11 Oct 2020 from 7 am to 7 pm. The early assembly is chargeable (250 €) and only possible after prior registration and permission by Spielwarenmesse eG.
Dismantling time
From Fri, 16 Oct 2020, 5 pm to Sat, 17 Oct 2020, 10 pm. The halls are open non-stop from Saturday night to Sunday morning so that the stand can be dismantled without interruption.
Please note that the assembly and dismantling time is binding for all our ServicePartners. In case of stand construction package please inform yourself about moving into your stand directly at our stand constructor MEPLAN GmbH. The stand construction packages (incl. eXperience) and all fully equipped stands booked through MEPLAN GmbH will be dismantled as of 7 pm on 16 Oct 2020. Please make sure that you have removed all items from your stand area by this time. If you are not able to clear your stand by this time, please get in touch with your personal contact at MEPLAN GmbH.

Loading yard: Vehicle access to the loading yards during assembly and dismantling is only possible on payment of a deposit of EUR 100. The deposit will be refunded if the vehicle leaves the loading yard within the time limits stated below.
During assembly/dimantling:
1 hour for loading and unloading cars and vehicles up to 2.8 t.
2 hours for loading and unloading vehicles from 2.8 t to 7.5 t.
3 hours (extension possible) for loading and unloading vehicles of more than 7.5 t.
Vehicle access to the loading yards on the last day of the event is not possible due to delivery of empty containers by the exhibition forwarding agents. Access is possible:
1 hour after the end of the exhibition for cars and vehicles up to 2.8 t.
2 hours after the end of the exhibition for vehicles of 2.8 t to 7.5 t.
3 hours after the end of the exhibition for vehicles of more than 7.5 t.
The exact access times may vary and are notified at the entrance gates.

Parking for trucks
The free parking spaces for trucks are located at Poststraße 4, 90471 Nuremberg, only a few minutes drive away from the Nuremberg exhibition center. There is a free shuttle bus from the parking to the fair ground. Please follow the signs!
PartnerLounge: Hall 3C, Stand D-20
A lounge area situated in the InsightsArena, the PartnerLounge, is reserved exclusively for members of our partners (trade associations and purchasing co-ops). It is the perfect place to meet up with fellow members and ideal for productive business conversations. Our partner list can be found here in the catalog under the Highlights section, PartnerLounge.
Passes: All passes are issued only after settlement of the invoiced exhibiting fee and all incidental costs due for payment.
If not already received prior to the fair, passes can be issued at the fair management at Entrance Mitte. The person collecting the passes must be able to prove that he is a representative of the exhibiting company.
Each exhibitor is entitled to 2 free exhibitor passes for a stand up to 10 m².
1 free exhibitor pass is issued for each additional 10 m² or part thereof, subject to a maximum of 40 passes.

Extra exhibitor passes can be purchased at a cost of 5 € each incl. 19 % VAT. On fair days you can use all public transport services covered by the Nuremberg integrated transport system (VGN) free of charge within the tariff zone 100/200 (Nuremberg, Fürth, Stein).

Waste disposal and sorting: Exhibitors are responsible for the daily disposal of waste from their stand spaces during the event and for the disposal of waste produced during assembly and dismantling.
In order to meet exhibitors aforementioned obligations, Spielwarenmesse eG uses the services of company Friedrich Hofmann Betriebsgesellschaft mbH - an official ServicePartner - to ensure waste is disposed of correctly. The disposal costs for exhibitors which arise in relation to this are covered by payment of the waste disposal fee. The disposal of production waste and fair stands is excluded from this.
